QA Team Lead
About The Position
We’re seeking strong and experienced QA Team Lead to play a key role by leading and managing the team – and truly be the owner of all the QA aspects of one of our biggest game Alien Invasion.

Are you up for the challenge?
- Perform functional and acceptance testing of amazing games.
- Execute all levels of testing (regression tests, sanity checks, and feature-specific tests)
- Apply QA practices, test features and functionalities.
- Non functional test includes server side testing
- Ensure that quality issues and defects are properly identified, documented, tracked and resolved
- Passion for games and strong attention to details
- Interact and collaborate with Support team, Developers
- Working in very dynamic and multi-culture environment
- Gain a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives
- Document QA activities with internal reporting
- Responsibility for product quality
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead
- Proven Leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of iOS and Android mobile platforms - a MUST
- Excellent analytic, linguistic and interpersonal communication skills – a MUST
- Passion for technology and testing; ability to achieve deadlines and work independently
- Ability to solve problems and think laterally independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, and have a sense of ownership
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time and successfully prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Knowledge of QA methodologies, QA documentation , test plan preparation and QA tools (Jira, Testrail etc.)
