Publishing Manager
About The Position
CrazyLabs is a top 5 mobile games publisher with over 5 Billion downloads to date, a worldwide leader in hyper-casual games development, distribution and innovation.
We are looking for a Publishing Manager to join our Hyper Casual Lab.
Responsibilities
- Create a process to find high-potential developers and studios
- Work with a team to evaluate and analyze games
- Negotiate agreements with game developers/studios
- Maintain continuous contact with developers/studios in order to receive feedback and improve game KPI
- Develop and maintain an excellent, trusting relationship with game developers/studios
- Ensure timely and quality production processes; identify risks and come up with mitigation plans
- Make strategic and tactical decisions based on mobile game economy KPI’s
- Conduct competitive research; analyze game data to maintain and improve strong KPI’s
- Be a focal point for the studio with related departments (R&D, BI, Marketing, etc.) to ensure full sync and resource optimization
Requirements
Must-Have
- Experience working in a Studio/ a Mobile gaming company
- Solid experience in Partner Managing or as BD manager
- Solid experience in leading mobile app production
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Proven ability to lead partnerships with cross-functional disciplines
- Ability to plan ahead, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Passion for creating innovative, fun, and compelling games
- Great team player and true people person
- Ability to adapt well to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
- Highly inventive thinker that will provide insightful and innovative solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
