Game Designer
About The Position
CrazyLabs, a world-leading mobile game developer with over 6 Billion downloads to date, is looking for a creative, motivated, and enthusiastic Game Designer to join our team and work on our latest amazing Casual game.
What you’ll be working on:
- Collaborate with the design team to create and implement engaging game content that aligns with the overall narrative and gameplay objectives
- Assist in developing small features, game- flows, and events
- Support the creation of design briefs, flowcharts, and feature layouts.
- Participate in playtesting sessions, gathering and analyzing feedback to iterate on and improve game features and mechanics
- Coordinate with artists, programmers, and other team members to ensure the smooth integration of design elements into the game engine
- Continuously research and keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging game design techniques and technologies.
- Attend regular team meetings and contribute to the overall creative direction and vision of the game.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of game design experience in a Casual mobile gaming company- A must
- A specific strength in one of these areas: level design, feature design, events design,or quest design
- Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Interactive Media, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Strong knowledge of game design principles, including mechanics, storytelling, and level design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, time management and prioritization
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of what makes games fun and engaging.
