FP&A Manager

About The Position

CrazyLabs is a top 5 mobile games publisher with over 5 Billion downloads to date, a worldwide leader in hyper-casual and casual games development, distribution and innovation.

We are looking for an FP&A Manager to join our Finance team, reporting to the CFO, working closely with senior management to increase the company’s efficiency and profitability by assisting with the formulation of both the medium and long-term financial plan.

In addition, support M&A from deal execution to ongoing integration efforts and other strategic growth projects.


  • Providing insightful financial analysis and reports tracking KPI’s
  • Build and own the AOP
  • Analyze actual, forecast and budget expenses on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Manage periodic budget control and analysis to maintain expense control
  • Become a financial business partner to different stakeholders in the company 
  • Proactively leading deep dive analytics and sharing insights with relevant stakeholders to assist in decision-making & optimizing expenses
  • Provide significant support across the company’s M&A process & activities 
  • Lead due diligence process, including meetings with potential acquisition targets and with internal stakeholders


What we're looking for


  • 4+ years of relevant work experience, ideally with both private and public hi-tech companies
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 
  • Prior FP&A experience including planning, forecast and actual reporting and analysis
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, and advanced Excel skills, including experience with complex financial spreadsheets
  • Proven experience having worked on several successful M&A transactions 
  • Strong analytical skills: Able to analyze, understand and clearly communicate information
  • Team player & excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively communicate as a business partner across departments and at all levels and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and fulfill several projects simultaneously
  • A keen sense of ownership
  • Must be a self-starter with a hands-on approach 
  • English - high-level, written and verbal


  • MBA or CPA
  • Gaming or SaaS industry experience
  • Experience in ERP, BI tools & planning tools
