About The Position

Join an extremely passionate team creating a beautiful Puzzle RPG Game, and take charge of our Game Ops Calendar including in-game events, sales, segmentation of special offers and player experiences, to drive Game KPIs towards the Team's Revenue Goals

You will be collaborating with Game Owners, Game Designers, Development, Game Economists, and our Creative Team, to come up with the best monetization mechanics for our players, analyze their performance, plan and optimize the Event Schedule & Offer Calendar to deliver better and better results from iteration to iteration.


  • Continuous improvement of both retention and monetization KPIs, and optimizations of in-game event features, building new events, ab testing and segmenting various offers to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborating with Game Economists and game designers to design and optimize in-game events, segmented offers, and improving backend functionality for sales/gacha/lucky draw mechanics in the game
  • Clearly communicating business results with all game team members
  • Learning and improving processes, ideas, and revenue growth from iteration to iteration
  • Building and leading a GameOps team comprised of Game Economist, Creative, Community responsible for the Game Ops Calendar



  • 2+ years of experience as Marketing Manager, CRM, Brand Manager, Trade Marketing, Ecommerce Manager (in the online industry- an advantage)
  • Analytical work experience – a big advantage
  • A structural approach to data with strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
  • Advanced Excel, Tableau, – strong advantage
  • Methodological approach for data together with the ability to present the data clearly and efficiently to support business decisions
  • Strong English written/ verbal communication skills
  • A people person, positive, initiator, curious, independent, and a quick learner

Personal gaming background – an advantage
