Talent Acquisition Partner

CrazyLabs is a top 3 mobile games publisher with 3.5 Billion downloads to date, a worldwide leader in hyper casual games development, distribution and innovation.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team to support CrazyLabs ongoing growth in Israel and abroad.

You will own the recruiting process, develop ongoing talent pipelines, and identify strong candidates that will help us achieve our business goals. The ideal candidate comes from a fast and dynamic environment and has a passion for people and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs to support business goals
  • Manage E2E recruitment process from sourcing, resume screening, phone interviewing, in-depth behavioral interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Ensure a superb hiring experience to both candidates and hiring managers
  • Leverage social media, multiple network sources, online tools and industry relationships to identify and attract top talent


Must Have

  • 2+ years experience as an E2E recruiter in a high growth gaming or ad tech company
  • Proven sourcing skills (Boolean, recruitment databases, and social media platforms)
  • Proven experience in both phone and in-depth behavioral interviews
  • Experience collaborating and advising managers at all levels
  • Experience with ATS (Comeet preferred)
  • BA degree (Social Science/Behavioral Science or equivalent preferred)
