Responsibilities

·        Responsible for end to end process including, defining job profiles, sourcing, conducting job interviews, references check, job offers, etc.

·        Creatively recruit top notch candidates and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates

·        Develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns via social media

·        Work closely with our leadership team to design the hiring process and ensure high quality talent recruitment

·        Ensure an excellent candidate experience

Requirements

·        Mature, energetic, multi-tasking and passionate person with the ability to own and independently drive forward projects and processes

·        Experience in recruiting for positions in the Hi-Tech/ Digital industries- a must

·        Strong sourcing skills- a must

·        Make things happen, motivated, resilient and resourceful mindset with a “can do” approach

·        People person and team player with excellent interpersonal relationship

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew- a must

·        Relevant academic degree - a must
