Social and Community Manager – Hyper-Casual

CrazyLabs is looking for an experienced Social and Community Manager to join the marketing team and lead the execution of our community vision across relevant channels.

The Social and Community Manager will be responsible for managing engagement programs, creating compelling content for our community, and expanding our brand awareness.


  • Create a comprehensive community relations strategy to engage hyper-casual game developers across Medium, Slack, Discord, Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Catalyze meaningful community discussions, and track developer mentions on social media channels, crafting timely and thoughtful responses.
  • Stay immersed in relevant industry news and trends to guide community engagement
  • Create a welcoming space where our community members can create content and discuss relevant trends
  • Establish influencers relationship to create a strong network in collaboration with the content team
  • Define and manage social media KPI’s. Evaluate available data to determine which channels are currently our best referral sources
  • Recommend and execute ad-hoc community actions based on business needs.
  • Inspire and support our marketing and publishing teams in the creation of compelling content for our blog, podcast, social channels, and virtual events.

Must Have

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role in a global company
  • English native with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proven record of establishing and managing successful communities
  • Experience building and executing marketing strategies
  • Solid experience in planning and executing social media presence
  • Expert in Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, with a working knowledge of YouTube, Medium, and LinkedIn.
  • Motivated self-starter who can work independently, but also as part of a team.
