Regional Director – Greater China

Our Regional Director of Greater China responsibility and ownership includes everything related to business development in Greater China including but not limited to:


  • Drive partnership performance, engage with potential partners/ Game Developers and build the brand among Chinese industry leaders
  • Handling all the marketing activities needed to build the CrazyLabs brand in China.
  • Bringing high quality hyper casual developers and games for publishing
  • Distribution of our games in China in different channels such as Android and HTML5
  • Handling all the marketing activities needed to build the CrazyLabs brand in China.
  • Assist in building the strategy for UA and monetization in China including finding new sources, partners and keeping relations with existing ones
  • Maintain a high level of communication and transparency with management, cross-functional teams, and business partners
  • Facilitate marketing activities from partners to maximize the visibility of CrazyLabs games
  • Explore and push for new impactful business initiatives


  • Business savvy who takes initiative and thinks like an entrepreneur
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in one or more of the following: business development/ corporate strategy/ venture-capital/ management consulting/ strategic marketing, or similar.
  • Vast experience in the Chinese Mobile industry, with one of the following fields: Performance Marketing, Monetization and UA and/ or Gaming industries
  • B.A/B.Sc. in an analytical discipline (engineering, mathematics, economics, law, etc.)
  • Strategic thinking coupled with the ability to drive change end to end from concept to execution
  • Self-starter who proactively seeks ways to improve
  • Ability to lead and project-manage across multiple functional areas
  • Data-driven decision maker with fantastic analytical skills
  • People’s person with a natural ability to manage strategic business relationships
  • Creative problem-solver
