People Operations Manager

What will you do?

You will be managing cross-company HR processes and projects, related to the employee life cycle - onboarding, promotion, Comp & Ben, etc.

Maintain the HRIS to ensure data accuracy reporting. Identify HRIS configuration options in an effort to automate processes for business needs.

Build reports and analyze people data to help inform HR and manager decisions. Provide HR data analysis to support cross-org processes, such as evaluation process and merit cycles.

Requirments

  • At least 2 years HRIS / HR Analytics experience
  • Data manipulation skills in Excel (or the equivalent in G-suit)
  • Successfully managed end-to-end projects 
  • Excellent level of English & Hebrew
  • Complex problem-solving skills - identification, analysis, evaluation of options, and implementation
  • Critical Thinking skills - using logic and reasoning to identify strengthens and weakness
  • Proactive and a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented approach)
  • Familiar with project management principles
  • BA degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related analytical field
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain a high level of discretion while working with sensitive and highly confidential information
