Office Manager

We are currently looking to hire an Office Manager to be responsible for the general operation of our office. You are going to be responsible for overseeing administrative support and keeping an office running smoothly. 


  • Greeting visitors and overseeing general office operation
  • Purchasing office, kitchen and cleaning supplies and maintaining proper stock levels
  • Managing cleaning staff and unexpected problems in the office (defects) 
  • Managing employees’ database, managing sick leaves, maternity leaves, vacations, monitoring attendance and preparing an overtime report when needed
  • Organizing company events, conferences, job fairs and training sessions
  • Maintaining the list of employee benefits and introduce new ones
  • Creating presentations, reports and other management-level reports
  • Ordering and delivering employees special events’ vouchers and gifts
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, insurance, car rental reservations 
  • Assisting the organization's HR function with arranging interviews and additional assignments 
  • Organizing onboarding sessions for the new employees


  • A bachelor degree in business administration or an equivalent field
  • Experience in office administration - good to have
  • Fluent in English - MUST
  • Basic IT skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel - MUST
  • Great Communication and Organizational skills
