Mobile User Acquisition Manager

CrazyLabs is looking for a Mobile User Acquisition Manager to join our marketing team.

You’ll take a significant role in our growth by creating the best campaigns and delivering mobile installs through targeting the right users and optimizing campaigns to improve performance and scale.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and analyze user acquisition campaigns across marketing channels to deliver the best ROI, with focus on social channels. 
  • Monitor, optimize and report campaign performance data on an ongoing basis
  • Work closely with marketing, data and product teams to define advertising plans, performance metrics, and budgets.
  • collaborating with creative team to produce the best creatives- including creative testing, analysis and ad ideas
  • Keep up to date with market trends, stay on top of technology and best practices
  • Clearly communicate the plans, status and challenges meeting objectives to management

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience running UA campaigns, preferably for games or mobile 
  • Significant experience with social platforms: Facebook, Google and others
  • Passion for running the best marketing campaigns; desire to constantly improve
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Calculated fields, Advanced Formulas)
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience in working with data analytics platforms like AppsFlyer, Singular, Tableau - an advantage.
  • BA Degree in a quantitative field such as finance, economics, statistics, business equivalent
  • Proven experience with Snapchat, Tiktok and other social platforms - an advantage
  • Gaming industry experience – an advantage
  •  Data-Driven mentality and Creative Capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and communicate your action plans to the team
  • Ability to present data in a story form and deliver findings to the team
  • Fluency in English
