Marketing Creative Analyst

CrazyLabs is a top 3 mobile games publisher with over 3.5 Billion downloads to date, a worldwide leader in hyper-casual games development, distribution and innovation. 

We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join our Hyper Casual Marketing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of full marketing materials analysis cycle: define, investigate and analyze creative campaigns; visualize results
  • Analyze creatives and ad data sets, identify best practices, and provide data-backed insights to improve our marketing performance and KPIs
  • Design, implement and analyze a/b tests to keep improving marketing performance.
  • Build and improve dashboards and reports to facilitate team understanding of the different marketing creatives KPIs and user experience.
  • Collect, analyze and interpret player behavior data
  • Identify and communicate key trends and potential development improvements
  • Monitor, evaluate and communicate the effect of creative changes
  • Evaluate creative performance, communicate relevant mobile gaming trends and best practices across business, product & development teams
  • Present results and insight to team members, partners and management
  • Work effectively with minimal guidance; prioritize and schedule your own tasks

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience as a Data Analyst in a similar industry (gaming, ad tech, web marketing)
  • Solid SQL skills
  • Familiarity with Tableau is a big advantage
  • Ability to turn huge data sets into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent Excel/Google spreadsheet skills, including pivoting capabilities
  • Ability to communicate data results and related conclusions effectively to colleagues and partners
  • Team-player with excellent initiative and self-motivation
  • Ability to take ownership and accountability. Great organizational and problem-solving skills
  • BSc in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Economics
  • Experience working with Columnar DB (RedShift, Vertica) – an advantage
  • Complete fluency in English
