Live-Ops (CRM) Specialist

Crazy Labs is looking for a Live-Ops (CRM) specialist to operate and execute our Lifestyle Lab liveops strategy and efforts.

The CRM efforts are focused on driving an increase in revenues and retention, by:

  • Using player segmentation to build different funnels
  • Serving the relevant offers at the right time to the relevant segment
  • Building and managing the event calendar to keep the game fresh
  • Coming up with cool events, promotions and ideas that will keep the player engaged over time by both hacking the current system capabilities and developing the needed functionality

As Live-Ops (CRM) specialist, you’ll make the live-ops strategy happen by executing (hands on) the different campaigns and events of the Lab’s games.

You will work closely with the creative team, the analysts, the game designers and the development team to ensure smooth, flawless and on time execution.


  • Execute the CRM campaigns to the different segments from the back office system
  • Execute the events calendar for each game and assure it’s mix meets the KPIs
  • Take full ownership of the event calendar and the needed adjustments throughout the month
  • For every new feature launched in the game, assure there is a clear launch plan that ensures maximum penetration and usage is achieved. 
  • Identify low-hanging opportunities and act upon it
  • Work closely with the game designers, analysts, management and game economy teams to add relevant features and adjust the new features to fit the liveops capabilities 
  • introduce work processes that lead to quick market execution of campaigns with minimal (or close to zero) errors


You should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a CRM or live-ops teams in gaming or online/mobile world
  • Proven experience in building and executing campaigns from A to Z.
  • An understanding of players’ and consumers’ psychology and how to leverage it to generate more revenues
  • Fluent English

  • Able to think like a hacker - always striving to hack existing systems and infrastructures for your needs, without the need for any dev/extensive dev.
  • A creative thinker with the ability to work with artists, copywriters and analysts
  • Comfortable working in a remote international working environment
