Head of Operations- Game Ops

CrazyLabs is a top 3 mobile games company with over 4.5 Billion downloads, and a worldwide leader in hyper-casual games development, distribution and innovation. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Product Management group. 

In this key position, you will have the opportunity to define and monitor the work processes and workflows which have a direct impact on our company's performance. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of defining and monitoring processes and workflows. 

 Responsibilities:

  • The project manager will be responsible for the delivery of the game team. 
  • Planning and executing annual product plan- oversee products development and drive them through both development and post-development processes while working with multi-functional teams to track and measure projects progress.
  •  Analyzing monthly performance reports, extract conclusions concerning products for stakeholders; in order to improve efficiency and results and enable fast growth.
  • Competitor analysis, market and customers research - in order to evaluate sale potential of products, niches and brands.
  • Create, improve and monitor delivery processes for the game team that works with internal teams and with external developers. 
  • Direct management of QA & Operations team 
  • Perform risk management to identify and highlight risks and develop appropriate contingency plans.
  • Define technical solutions to improve delivery and execution 
  • Design and manage dashboards, reports and necessary efficiency documentation
  • Responsible for building and tracking holistic (E2E) Roadmap/project plan, covering all aspects of the it
  • Communicate objectives and manage the expectations of the different stakeholders.


Requirements:


  • Experience in managing large scale tech projects.
  • Experience in a similar role in a mobile, Internet, or Hi-tech company - A must
  • Relevant educational background and/or experience in a similar position - B.SC in Industrial Engineering or other equivalent
  • Team player with a proactive approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Technical background -past experience as developer / QA / professional services - must. Analytical background - big advantage.
