Creative Marketing Manager
CrazyLabs is looking for a super-talented creative marketing manager to lead our creative team process, and take ownership of the messaging we send out to our target audience.
As a Creative Marketing Manager, You will take a significant role in delivering world-class games providing marketing trends and app themes, and building the storefronts, game's social channels, and video campaigns. You will Be a part of an amazing, fun team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Create creative video ad briefs for numerous games of different styles.
- Take ownership of building and managing the process of creating the game marketing assets ( storefront, video ads, social media, and playable ads)
- Responsibility on the performance-oriented creative - work with data platforms, use a/b testing and do competitive research & analysis.
- Create new innovative video marketing concepts.
- End-to-end creative project management; demonstrate ownership of the entire process from thinking & writing the creative brief to produce high-quality trailers and video content and monitor their KPIs.
- Keep up with marketing trends in the gaming industry, understanding the market inside and out.
- Collaborate effectively with a global team.
Requirements
- Experience in leading video creative projects from brainstorming to the final product.
- A research lover with an analytical mindset and methodological capabilities.
- Strong creative & visual skills
- Capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Positive attitude, highly organized, multitasker, dedicated, detail-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills.
- Passion for mobile games
- Excellent English - a must!
- Experience working in a Mobile App company- a must
- Experience working in the gaming industry - advantage
