Corporate Development Manager

Job Description

CrazyLabs is looking for a proactive and passionate Corporate Development Manager to identify M&A opportunities and see them through to execution.

You will be responsible for structuring M&A strategy, strategic selection analysis of potential ‘targets’, negotiation, due diligence management, financial valuation, legal documentation and overall process responsibility. You’ll work closely with the senior management team, as well as potential external business partners in the Gaming industry.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Corporate Development deals, including: financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, structuring, contracting and integration planning
  • Lead large cross-company task forces, aligning with key stakeholders, periodically communicating the deliverables and project plans to key stakeholders
  • Provide management with insights into the market and the M&A ecosystem and present conclusions.
  • Use data and conduct research to build compelling business cases and analyze the market on an ongoing basis to find and close M&A candidates 

 


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in one or more of the following: (a) mergers and acquisitions, (b) corporate development, (c) corporate strategy, or (d) management consulting.
  • Financial background and strong analytical skills
  • People person with a natural ability to manage strategic business relationships 
  • Creative problem-solver 
  • Experience in mobile and online gaming - a strong plus
  • Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Fluent in English - a must (Native English - an advantage)
